Experiences

At Intelcia, my immersion in the digital transformation of the group allowed me to play a key role in the digitization of complex internal products and tools. My contribution began with a phase of user research and analysis, where I conducted interviews and surveys to precisely identify user needs. This step was essential for the creation of personas and the mapping of user journeys, providing a solid foundation for our design approach.

In ideation workshops, I collaborated with stakeholders to brainstorm and explore new ideas, aiming to innovate and improve the user experience on our web and mobile platforms. My responsibilities encompassed design and prototyping, where I developed high-fidelity interactive wireframes and prototypes with micro-interactions, making the user experience more immersive and realistic.

The collaborative aspect of my work at Intelcia was crucial. I worked hand-in-hand with the development teams to ensure that design solutions were perfectly integrated, in line with business objectives and user needs. This collaboration was enhanced by my contribution to the documentation on Confluence. I took charge of writing and maintaining UX/UI documentation, creating clear guidelines and specifications to guide the implementation and ensure the consistency of our projects.
CDM: Online Banking (Web and Mobile Applications, Retail and Business Customers)
For Crédit du Maroc, I conducted a comprehensive UX/UI audit of existing web and mobile platforms, analyzing data to identify improvements and opportunities. I conducted user studies to understand their specific needs and preferences, developing user journeys to integrate new features. I ensured accessibility and compliance with WCAG standards, created a unified design system in line with the group's new visual identity, and updated user interfaces for all platforms. Prototyping, testing, and iterations were carried out using Agile and Design Sprint methodologies for rapid innovation cycles.
Project Eqdom Mobile App
During my assignment for Eqdom, a subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, I conducted an in-depth study to understand the needs and expectations of users, resulting in the development of personas and user journeys. In the ideation and planning phase, I led ideation workshops to target optimal solutions and developed a Service Blueprint to map out interactions within the application. My responsibility also included designing and prototyping high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, followed by rigorous user testing to validate the user experience. Finally, I developed a branding toolkit and delivered a prototype ready for development, ensuring brand consistency throughout the project.

My contribution has been crucial in optimizing user journeys and improving operational efficiency, using user research methods to identify needs and develop innovative design solutions, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction and performance.

At Teal Technology Services, I had the incredible opportunity to work for the world's leading producer and exporter of Phosphate. My role was crucial in identifying potential UX issues and proposing viable solutions. I worked closely with team members, including POs, developers, designers, and QA, to understand user behaviors and effectively address interface issues. I also created high-fidelity screen mockups to support development teams and supported the maintenance and evolution of standard application interface components, ensuring a seamless user experience.

At PIMAN 2.0, I led the UX/UI design of "Private Discuss," a platform integrating video conferencing, webinars, and collaborative messaging, by developing designs that promote a smooth and engaging user experience. My main task included creating wireframes and interactive prototypes aimed at simplifying interactions and visually enriching the user interface.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned clients such as Adecco, Sanofi, and STMicroelectronics, designing custom dashboards that enhance data analysis and user experience through intuitive and accessible design.

I also managed a team of three designers, guiding the creative direction and ensuring consistency and excellence in design across our projects. My focus on user-centered design played a crucial role in elevating the quality of our design solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure faithful translation of designs into final products.

At Adweb, a digital agency, I was responsible for UX/UI design, with a particular focus on ensuring adherence to accessibility standards. My main role involved developing user interfaces that blend modern aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and compliance with accessibility standards to ensure an optimal user experience for all. Working closely with the marketing team, I aligned our designs with content strategies and digital marketing objectives, thus contributing to improving online presence and user engagement for our clients. This experience strengthened my skills in web design and underscored the importance of an integrated approach between design and marketing in the development of effective web solutions.

At Krow Maroc, I collaborated with the Beworkhappy group to create an innovative recruitment platform focused on CV matching. My mission was to design an intuitive user interface that streamlines the recruitment process for both employers and candidates, implementing design solutions that enhance the user experience and optimize profile matching.

Starting my freelance career on Guru.com, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for international clients. My role involved UX/UI design for different applications and websites, addressing the specific needs of each client. This experience allowed me to develop remarkable adaptability and strengthen my design skills, while learning to effectively manage projects and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Contributing as a designer to the International Student Film Festival in Casablanca, I focused on designing visual elements and promotional material for the event. My role was to bring a creative vision to reflect the spirit and values of the festival.
